evan 08a02953e8 feat(pi): add synthetic provider and bidirectional prompt swap ...

Replace pi-ponytail package with @aliou/pi-synthetic and wire up the
synthetic API key. Make the claude-code prompt rename bidirectional so a
mid-session model switch restores "pi" for non-Anthropic providers.
