Darwin patches:

- Enable RDTSCP support on HVF
- ui/cocoa: Take refresh rate into account

Few buildsys fixes:

- Restrict TCG to emulation
- Remove a unused-but-set-variable warning
- Allow running Avocado from pseudo-"in source tree" builds
