We used to request declare_dependency() to link_whole static libraries.
If a static library is a thin archive, GNU ld keeps all object files
referenced by the archive open, and sometimes exceeds the open file limit.
Another problem with link_whole is that suboptimal handling of nested
dependencies.
link_whole by itself does not propagate dependencies. In particular,
gnutls, a dependency of crypto, is not propagated to its users, and we
currently workaround the issue by declaring gnutls as a dependency for
each crypto user. On the other hand, if you write something like
libfoo = static_library('foo', 'foo.c', dependencies: gnutls)
foo = declare_dependency(link_whole: libfoo)
libbar = static_library('bar', 'bar.c', dependencies: foo)
bar = declare_dependency(link_whole: libbar, dependencies: foo)
executable('prog', sources: files('prog.c'), dependencies: [foo, bar])
hoping to propagate the gnutls dependency into bar.c, you'll see a
linking failure for "prog", because the foo.c.o object file is included in
libbar.a and therefore it is linked twice into "prog": once from libfoo.a
and once from libbar.a. Here Meson does not see the duplication, it
just asks the linker to link all of libfoo.a and libbar.a into "prog".
Instead of using link_whole, extract objects included in static libraries
and pass them to declare_dependency(); and then the dependencies can be
added as well so that they are propagated, because object files on the
linker command line are always deduplicated.
This requires Meson 1.1.0 or later.

Add loongarch virt machine to the graph. It is a modified copy of
the existing riscv virtmachine in riscv-virt-machine.c
It contains a generic-pcihost controller, and an extra function
loongarch_config_qpci_bus() to configure GPEX pci host controller
information, such as ecam and pio_base addresses.
Also hotplug handle checking about TYPE_VIRTIO_IOMMU_PCI device is
added on loongarch virt machine, since virtio_mmu_pci device requires
it.

Add a RISC-V 'virt' machine to the graph. This implementation is a
modified copy of the existing arm machine in arm-virt-machine.c
It contains a virtio-mmio and a generic-pcihost controller. The
generic-pcihost controller hardcodes assumptions from the ARM 'virt'
machine, like ecam and pio_base addresses, so we'll add an extra step to
set its parameters after creating it.
Our command line is incremented with 'aclint' parameters to allow the
machine to run MSI tests.

We don't have a virtio-scmi implementation in QEMU and only support a
vhost-user backend. This is very similar to virtio-gpio and we add the same
set of tests, just passing some vhost-user messages over the control socket.

This patch is pure refactoring, it does not change behaviour.
virtio-9p-test.c grew to 1657 lines. Let's split this file up between
actual 9p test cases vs. 9p test client, to make it easier to
concentrate on the actual 9p tests.
Move the 9p test client code to a new unit virtio-9p-client.c, which
are basically all functions and types prefixed with v9fs_* already.
Note that some client wrapper functions (do_*) are preserved in
virtio-9p-test.c, simply because these wrapper functions are going to
be wiped with subsequent patches anyway.
As the global QGuestAllocator variable is moved to virtio-9p-client.c,
add a new function v9fs_set_allocator() to be used by virtio-9p-test.c
instead of fiddling with a global variable across units and libraries.

The qtest/libqos directory is included via the "-I" option to search
for header files when building qtest. Unfortunately the malloc.h has
a name conflict with the standard libc header, leading to a build
failure on the Windows host, due to the MinGW libc stdlib.h header
file includes malloc.h and it now gets wrongly pointed to the one
in the qtest/libqos directory.
Rename "qtest/libqos/malloc.h" to "qtest/libqos/libqos-malloc.h" to
avoid the namespace pollution.

Up to now the virt-machine node contains a virtio-mmio node.
However no driver produces any PCI interface node. Hence, PCI
tests cannot be run with aarch64 binary.
Add a GPEX driver node that produces a pci interface node. This latter
then can be consumed by all the pci tests. One of the first motivation
was to be able to run the virtio-iommu-pci tests.
We still face an issue with pci hotplug tests as hotplug cannot happen
on the pcie root bus and require a generic root port. This will be
addressed later on.
We force cpu=max along with aarch64/virt machine as some PCI tests
require high MMIO regions to be available.

Add genh to the sources to avoid race conditions between QAPI
file generation and libqos compilation.
Make the name_suffix .fa for consistency with other link_whole
static libraries and to work around a Meson issue where
lots of linker flags are placed between -Wl,--start-group and
-Wl,--end-group and this breaks the fork-fuzz.ld linker script.
