evan aaaa9b1a82 perf(lua): bump esp32-lua-api for leaner node building ...

Picks up selective stdlib opening and the removal of the per-node children
and style marshalling tables in ui.lua. Measured with a 12-sensor BLETemp
reproducer in the emulator: build 106ms -> 74ms, ~9kB more free heap at
build end, and ~3kB less live baseline per app state.

UNVALIDATED on hardware: NimBLE's footprint is not present in the emulator.
