Replace qwen3.6-27b-thinking and qwen3.6-27b-mtp-thinking with
qwen3.6-27b-udq4-thinking (single GPU) and qwen3.6-27b-udq6-thinking
(dual GPU). Update aliases and concurrent set accordingly.
